My business got started because a dear friend and realtor believed in me and my abilities to inspect homes. She said you can do this and that started me on my quest to learn everything I could about inspecting a home. I shadowed other home inspectors got certified with AHIT and continue my education with InterNACHI. Having served in the Military, worked for a major aircraft company, Homeland security and retiring from the City of Los Angeles, I understand the importance of hard work, dedication, first time quality and commitment to excellence. Being up front, honest and delivering a quality product is important to me.

Residential Inspections

A complete home inspection by a trained certified inspector is key to ensuring you make the correct decision before you purchase your home. Dupre home inspectors perform thorough inspections by ensuring every inch of the property is scrutinized and observed. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a comprehensive report with photos and details of problematic areas.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Selling your home can be stressful, especially if you are unsure of defects that can present themselves when the buyer(s) complete their inspection. Relieve your stress and guesswork by having your home pre-inspected by an experienced and qualified inspector who can recognize issues before they become problematic (or detrimental to the transaction) making the necessary repairs before selling your home will help maintain the value of your home.

Commercial Property Inspections

The goal of a commercial property inspection is to provide you with an inventory of the building’s major systems and components, and an evaluation of their functional and physical condition.  These findings will highlight the property’s strengths and potential deficiencies, along with deferred maintenance issues. Gathering this information is the process of due diligence and where commercial inspectors play a key role.

Dupre Home Inspections offer state-of-the-art equipment to ensure we capture all defects.

• Fluke Infrared Thermal Imaging equipment can detect leaks and see temperature variations within the home.

• Drones are used for safety, accessibility, and efficiency of roofs that are too steep or have material that cannot be walked on.

• Inspection Robots are used to inspect spaces/areas we can’t go: under houses/crawl spaces.
